With all the rooms located on one floor, this house is easy to get around in. Please note you have to go up a set of stairs at the entrance to get to the living space. The open layout from the living room, dining room, and kitchen allows you to relax easily. The open area has two large sliding glass doors looking out across to the water. Prefer the fresh air? The deck allows you to enjoy that with a small bistro table and two other chairs. The kitchen is equipped with all of the dishes that you need to cook yourself and local lobster and seafood stores are just a few miles away. In the back of the house is the queen bedroom with plenty of natural light and also a full bathroom with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
